Safflower tea had a terrific effect on my stomach ulcer. I had my ulcer for more than 2 years when I overheard someone at a party speak about safflower and ulcers. I love saffron. I take a teaspoon of saffron, simmer it in a cup of water, strain it, then let it cool down. It helps the body increase micro vessels in the liver and keps blood vessels open. Liver tissue will heal faster, decreasing liver pain and size. Saffron has made my liver better and my life more bearable.
